Training

Modula training services help customers prepare operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to use their automated storage systems correctly and confidently.
Training is available in three levels, based on the team’s role, experience, and responsibilities: Basic Operator Training, Advanced Operator Training, and Maintenance Operator Training. Depending on the level selected, courses may cover standard system operation, manual controls, troubleshooting basics, and maintenance-related procedures.

BASIC OPERATOR TRAINING

Basic Operator Training provides an overview of the standard functions required to operate Modula products correctly and efficiently.
This course is designed for operators who use the system during daily activities and need to understand the basic commands, standard procedures, and safe use of the equipment.

ADVANCED OPERATOR TRAINING

Advanced Operator Training includes the topics covered in Basic Operator Training and adds instruction for skilled operators or maintenance personnel who need a deeper understanding of the system.
This course can include access to manual controls, guidance on common system messages or errors, and procedures that help the team respond to basic issues more effectively.

MAINTENANCE OPERATOR TRAINING

Maintenance Operator Training builds on the Basic and Advanced Operator Training levels with additional mechanical instruction for qualified operators or maintenance personnel.
This course provides a deeper understanding of the machine and can include guidance on common maintenance-related activities, component replacement procedures, and actions that may help reduce downtime when technical issues occur.
