Modula Empowers the Next Generation of Aviation Talent at the New Butler Tech Aviation Center
MIDDLETOWN, OH – Today, Modula joined community leaders and educators for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new Butler Tech Aviation Center at Middletown Regional Airport. As a dedicated Business Partner, Modula is proud to support this $15.5 million facility, which stands as a premier hub for aerospace education and workforce development in the region.
To empower the center’s mission of providing high-tech, hands-on training, Modula provided a Modula Lift Vertical Lift Module (VLM) with an external bay. installed directly in the heart of the 8,500-square-foot hangar, the system provides students with an authentic industrial experience in managing aircraft parts and maintenance inventory.
Bridging the Gap Between Classroom and Hangar
The new Aviation Center provides hands-on training for high-demand careers in aviation maintenance, engineering, and piloting. By integrating a Modula Lift into the learning environment, students gain a competitive edge by learning to leverage automation to increase efficiency and accuracy in real-world scenarios.
