Modula Optimizer | What it does
Modula Optimizer uses advanced algorithms to improve how SKUs are stored and how orders are processed:
- SKU placement optimization: It analyzes which SKUs are frequently picked together and how often they rotate, then creates optimized storage maps to reduce tray movements and speed up picking.
- Order grouping and scheduling: Given a set of orders, it selects the most compatible orders to process together, minimizing machine movements and increasing throughput, while continuously monitoring VLM status.
