Order Preparation Areas
The Advanced Picking Module enables you to manage multiple orders at once using dedicated order preparation stations or order locations. The system assigns each location to a specific order and guides operators to place items in the the correct spot. Once complete, the location becomes available for the next order. This setup streamlines multi-order processing and cuts picking time by optimizing travel paths and execution.
Consolidation Areas
Introduce a final quality control step before shipping. Consolidation areas are equipped with dedicated stations where completed orders can be verified, items re-scanned (if needed), and shipping units finalized. This function is especially useful in workflows using Put to Light, Picking Carts, or Picking Stations.
Cased Goods Management
Easily manage packaging units (such as boxes and case) during order execution to simplify the picking and transfer of pre-packaged items.
