Telephone Support Agreement (TSA) Options
Modula offers three Telephone Support Agreement (TSA):
- 8/5 TSA: Support from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- 24/5 TSA: 24-hour support, Monday through Friday.
- 24/7 TSA: 24-hour support every single day of the year, including holidays.
