Solution

As well as increasing the speed, accuracy and effectiveness of the order preparation, Modula was combined with a WMS software developed by VANAS that interfaces with the company ERP and at the same time with the conveyor system on which orders are moved. inside of specific boxes. It is a “monkey proof” system where the error is not allowed, because it is impossible to do it: it is too easy to use the vertical warehouse, easy and intuitive not only the process but also the calculation of the gain. The project has achieved every goal and has achieved the return on investment in just 3 years.
