This is a laser pointer on 2 axes for identifying item locations within a tray. The item to be picked is displayed by the intersection of two points: a red holographic laser line shows where it lies on the X axis (the width of the tray) while a green laser line identifies its location on the Y axis (depth) of the tray. Adding an order-picking laser pointer is an effective way of boosting production and improving the accuracy of your operators.
